We’ve learned over the years that food and drink are a vital part of your skiing holiday. After all, at the end of a great day teaching those slopes who’s boss you’re likely to have built up a hearty appetite!

Having been chalet hosts ourselves for many seasons (perhaps more than we care to remember!), we feel that we have perfected a menu that incorporates first class cuisine with nourishing ingredients to keep your energy levels up, and a big post-supper smile on your face.

All of our staff are carefully hand-picked by us, and then trained to our own high standards before the start of each season. This ensures that the quality that we strived for when we were running the chalet ourselves is maintained and passed on to our chefs and hosts.

Some of our favourites include whole baked camembert with crusty bread and a sweet berry dip (starter), roast pork with somerset sauce, roast potatoes and fresh vegetables (main), and double chocolate parfait with a raspberry coulis (dessert). We offer a cheese board at the end of each evening meal. More info on the different catered services we offer.

To compliment the food we serve wine is made available throughout the meal – just ask us any time, and we will keep you topped up!

We are happy to cater for any specific dietary requirements. Simply let us know before your arrival, and we will do whatever necessary to make sure you don’t go without during your stay.
